The herbs in this blend are very bitter. A squeeze of lemon juice should cut the bitterness and a bit of licorice or honey will add a more pleasant, sweet flavor.

How to Brew:
Pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 Tbsp. of tea. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
