Warnings and Allergy Info

The poison is in the dose!

Just because it's natural doesn't mean it can't be dangerous - or even deadly!

Many people believe that is something is natural it can't be dangerous. However, many natural remedies can be toxic on their own or have dangerous interactions with other food or drugs. Furthermore, many herbs can cause allergic reactions from mild to severe. That is why it is highly recommended that you do not use natural remedies as a replacement for any current medications or those suggested by a  doctor. Holistic remedies are a great preventative for disease or supplement to medical interventions advised by a doctor.

Allergy Notice:

The National Institute of Health states that herbal medicine can cause "allergic reactions, ranging from oral allergy syndrome to severe anaphylactic attacks, have been seen, especially in people with weed pollen allergies". (source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4314155/) Please introduce herbs carefully, and better yet, with the guidance of a healthcare professional to ensure safety.
